Reading your blog reminds me of the first time I was pregnant with Kristen. Natural childbirth was just really becoming popular and I dragged Ron to the class that was being given by a midwife who was still living out her hippie years. I was very comfortable with it but Ron was another story. However, being the good sport that he is he stuck it out with the classes and was a great comfort to me through Kristen's birth. I will never forget seeing him holding each of our children for the first time, what a precious memory. I want to encourage you both when it comes to teaching Thomas about God, I think Jen summed it up best in her recent Father's Day card to her Dad, she thanked her Dad for showing her God the Father's love by being the kind of Father he is.
